PERSONAL CONTEXT. SHARED INTELLIGENCE.moAI / DESIGN STUDY 02

Your memory, your standards, your way.

The more it remembers,
the closer
your AI gets.

No need to switch AIs or pick just one.
No need to rebuild context built up over time.
One sentence, and all your memory carries over.

From memory design to AI connections, verification, training and operations.
moAI is an AI environment configured for each person.

SCROLL TO CONNECT

Don’t pick just one.
Every AI,
one shared memory.

Hermes, OpenAI dots, Buzz, Grok Bot, NotebookLM. Each has an excellent memory of its own, but that memory builds up only inside each tool.

moAI keeps one canonical source that people can read and edit outside the tools, and uses standard connections such as MCP so every tool works from the same standard.

Broader than any single tool’s memory, closer to the source, and built to last.
And you keep using those tools just as they are.

Each tool’s own memory stays on. On top of it, we connect every tool to read the same canonical source.
01 / REACH

Not one tool,
but every AI.

Hermes splits memory and sources by home (one agent each), Grok Bot by Bot, Buzz by agent and NotebookLM by notebook.1457 moAI’s canonical source is read by every AI you connect.

Verified in pilot · Hermes reads source documents; ChatGPT creates and re-reads documents

02 / SOURCE

Source,
not just memory.

Grok Bot’s documentation says memory does not replace an authoritative source and advises checking the current source for important decisions.5 moAI is that source. It records which version was read and rejects requests that would overwrite a source changed in the meantime.

Verified in pilot · Version-bound reads, stale writes rejected

03 / CONTROL

Memory people can read,
fixed with a single sentence.

OpenAI notes that individual memories in a dot currently can’t be viewed, deleted or edited directly.3 moAI’s memory lives on as human-readable documents with a change history. You decide what to fix: correct it in a sentence and the AI edits that part, or edit it yourself.

04 / DURABILITY

Memory that stays
when tools change.

Deleting a dot deletes its context, and cloning a Grok Bot does not carry over what it learned.35 moAI’s canonical source lives in storage outside the tools, so it stays when you switch or clean up tools.

Hermes AgentNOUS RESEARCHBuilt-in memory across sessions is limited to MEMORY.md at 2,200 characters and USER.md at 1,375 characters, about 1,300 tokens in total. Deeper memory is added by attaching one external memory provider.1Supports MCP server connections.2 In the pilot, a read-only moAI connection put about 950 registered sources in search scope, and re-reading the same passages at the same version returned matching results (2026-10-03).Verified in pilot
dotsOPENAIBuilds context on top of ChatGPT memory, but individual memories currently can’t be viewed, deleted or edited directly. Clearing context requires deleting the dot.3A dot shares the plugin permissions connected to ChatGPT.3 The moAI–ChatGPT connection was verified in the pilot through document creation and re-reading (2026-09-29); use through dots will be verified on a real account.Path confirmed · dots not verified
BuzzBLOCKEach agent’s memory is encrypted on a relay and readable only by that agent and its owner.4Buzz agents run on harnesses such as Codex and Claude Code and read a global AGENTS.md.4 We installed this path on two pilot devices to point them to moAI’s canonical source; actual source reads will be verified after authentication.Installed · reads not verified
Grok BotSPACEXAIConversations and learned context stay separate per Bot, and cloning a Bot does not carry over what it learned. The official docs also recommend checking the current source rather than memory for important decisions.5The Grok API and Grok Build support external MCP server connections.6 Grok Bot uses marketplace connectors, so how to connect moAI will be reviewed on a real account.Official path · not verified
NotebookLMGOOGLE · GEMINI NOTEBOOKDesigned to answer from the sources uploaded to a notebook, with 50–600 sources per notebook depending on the plan.7moAI decides what the current canonical source is, and NotebookLM is used as a source-grounded Q&A tool. See in detail how it differs from other AI memory

Conversations pass.
Your standards remain.

You should be able to know what your AI remembers.
Where it’s kept, what has changed,
and who else can see it.

HOW moAI / SIX BUILDING BLOCKS

Handing over memory,
versus designing it.

Having memory is not enough. What to keep, how to find it and which AI uses it all matter. moAI designs memory as a work foundation you can see, connect and manage.

VISIBILITY

See what stays and what changes.

Instead of memory scattered inside tools, you can check where it’s stored, its source and its change history. People read and manage what to keep and what to fix.

GRAPHIFY

Beyond keywords, find the relationships.

Graphify indexes relationships between documents, projects and decisions to narrow the path to the source you need. The graph is a map for exploring; facts are checked in the source documents.

JEV

Structure the decision, not just the answer.

JEV structures evidence and evaluation criteria to support decisions and verification. Rather than a confident answer, it aims for a structure where you can see what was checked and why it was chosen.

ONE SOURCE

Different AIs, one point of reference.

Connected AIs such as ChatGPT, Claude and Codex refer to one shared canonical source. Each tool keeps its own memory while understanding your key work standards together.

HUMAN / AI

Easy for people to read. Easy for AI to use.

People read and edit documents and records in Obsidian, while AI refers to concise, English-first structured context. The same facts are kept in the form that suits each reader.

CODEMODE / KANDEV

Read only what’s needed; leave the repeats to code.

Codemode bundles repeated lookups and filtering into code and passes only the needed results to AI. Kandev helps manage execution and review of selected long-running tasks; connection scope and token and time savings are confirmed in real work.

Capabilities of existing tools vary by product and version. Connection scope and savings are confirmed in the real environment.

Memory connects,
and work moves forward.

So it doesn’t end with a single answer.
Check the memory, act with the right tool,
and keep the reviewed result as the next standard.

INPUT / YOUR WORLD

It starts with your real work.

We connect records, materials and current decisions to the extent needed. You don’t have to move everything at once or drop the tools you use.

MEMORY / ONE SOURCE

Tell apart what is current.

Confirmed facts, derived summaries and candidates under review are kept apart. Connected AIs refer to one standard and its sources together.

REASONING / RIGHT CONTEXT

The right context for the right decision.

Graphify assists with exploring relationships and JEV structures decisions. Their outputs do not replace checking the source or human judgment.

ACTION / WITH PERMISSION

Into real work, within approved limits.

Work that ChatGPT and Operators can handle goes that way; code and complex execution go to tools such as Codex as needed. Supported scope is confirmed on the actual accounts, apps and versions.

REVIEW / BACK TO MEMORY

Done and decided are not the same thing.

Results are checked, and only decisions reviewed by a person become the next standard. If a result is uncertain, the actual state is checked before running again.

BOUNDARY 01

Only what’s allowed.

Within the customer’s data, accounts and work permissions.

BOUNDARY 02

Changed sources, re-read.

Changes made after reading are checked before overwriting.

BOUNDARY 03

Unsure? Check first.

Before repeating a duplicate request or execution.

The map and moving signals are concept visuals, not real customer data or live operating metrics. We do not promise control of every app, error-free or fully unattended execution, free or unlimited use, or fixed savings.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions you may have.

Do I need to replace the ChatGPT or Claude I use, or agents like Hermes and dots?

It’s not about abandoning your existing tools. Each tool keeps its own memory, and we set them up to read the same shared canonical source through supported connections. We check the reads and actions you need directly on your accounts, apps and versions.

Where is the memory stored?

Our default design is local storage you control, such as a PC or NAS. Storage location, what is passed to external AI, and backup and editing paths are built and verified in your actual environment. This does not mean local connections are complete for every customer.

Do I need to be comfortable with AI or computers?

We start from your actual work, not tool names. The setup includes easy-to-read records, simple requests and result checks, and the training you need. The approach varies by role and scope of work.

Are subscriptions and usage included?

moAI’s build and management fees are kept separate from external AI subscription and usage-based costs. We explain what’s included and the expected total cost before contract, and we do not promise free or unlimited use or guaranteed savings.

Shall we start with
your next task?

One thing you keep explaining,
or one project you want to keep going, is enough.
